INSPECTIONS
Visual inspections, surveys, and technical audits on all types of structures. Drone inspections, rope access inspections, underwater interventions, and endoscopic camera inspections.
IN-SITU INVESTIGATION
In-situ investigations on all types of structures, infrastructure, and materials: core sampling, concrete cover removal, drilling, adhesion tests, resistograph testing, and extraction of reinforcement bars or steel structural samples.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Non-destructive testing on existing structures and works: concrete scanning, ground-penetrating radar testing, ultrasonic testing, rebound hammer measurements, corrosion potential assessment, and permeability testing.
LAB TESTING
Laboratory testing on all types of materials: compression and tensile tests, carbonation testing, chloride ion content determination, absorption tests, freeze–thaw resistance, petrographic examinations, and more.
ANALYSIS & DIAGNOSTIS
Analysis and diagnosis based on inspection results, investigations, and laboratory tests: structural assessment, load-bearing capacity, condition evaluation, fire resistance, and more.
MONITORING
Precise monitoring of structures using real-time instrumentation systems or periodic measurements: crack gauges, inclinometers, displacement tracking systems, as well as monitoring of deformations, stresses, humidity, temperature, etc.

DATA ACQUISITION
From visual inspection to the implementation of a digital twin, including archive consultation, surveys, and testing, we collect and structure the information necessary to establish an accurate assessment.
DATA ANALYSIS
Thanks to our models based on standards such as NEN 2767 and ISO 16311, we identify risks, diagnose the condition of assets, and prioritize interventions.
ACTION PLAN DEVELOPMENT
We identify and analyze the necessary interventions, then, using our specialized tools, develop a budget plan based on operational, economic, and safety criteria defined in collaboration with the client.
SUPPORT TROUGHOUT EXECUTION
From drafting the specifications to monitoring progress and quality, including the selection of contractors as well as logistical and technical follow-up, we support our clients throughout all execution phases.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING
We monitor the situation through regular site visits or the installation of instrumentation systems. Action plans and budget schedules are adjusted as needed, and the client is kept continuously informed.
