INSPECTIONS
Detailed inspections are carried out to identify visible defects such as cracking, water ingress, efflorescence, visible reinforcement corrosion, concrete spalling, and delamination of floor coatings.

IN-SITU INVESTIGATION
Targeted investigations are carried out to examine the composition of the structure, measure concrete cover, characterise materials, and assess the actual extent of deterioration.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Non-destructive testing carried out to locate reinforcement, determine concrete cover depths, assess concrete homogeneity, and investigate structural pathologies while preserving the integrity of the asset.

LAB TESTING
Laboratory analyses are carried out to determine carbonation depth, chloride content, material properties, and the active deterioration mechanisms affecting the structure.

MONITORING
Implementation of monitoring programmes to track the evolution of cracks, water ingress, deformation, and corrosion phenomena, enabling interventions to be planned at the most appropriate time.

ANALYSES
Analysis of the results and development of a diagnosis to identify the causes of defects, assess risks to the structure, and define the most appropriate corrective actions.
