OUR EXPERTISE DEDICATED TO YOUR INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES

The actual condition of an industrial structure is often difficult to assess, particularly when defects, structural weaknesses, or deterioration mechanisms are not visible at the surface.

Constru-Care provides a comprehensive approach to industrial structures investigations and diagnostics, regardless of the materials involved, including concrete, steel, masonry, timber, natural stone, and mixed structures.

Our experts assess the condition of the structure, identify potential defects, and characterise deterioration mechanisms such as cracking, corrosion, moisture-related damage, deformation, loss of cohesion, and connection defects.

These investigations provide a clear, reliable and actionable understanding of the structure, enabling informed and sustainable decisions regarding maintenance, repair, strengthening and rehabilitation.

INSPECTIONS

Visual inspections, local or detailed assessments, surveys, and technical audits of all types of indutrial facilities, regardless of the construction materials involved. Inspections can be carried out using drones, rope access techniques, confined-space access, underwater inspections, and other specialised investigation methods.

IN-SITU INVESTIGATION

Targeted in-situ investigations on all types of materials, including core extraction, concrete breakouts, drilling, pull-off testing, resistography, reinforcement bar sampling, and steel structure material sampling.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

Advanced non-destructive testing of existing indutrials structures, including concrete scanning, radar surveys, ultrasonic testing, rebound hammer testing, corrosion potential measurements, permeability testing, and other diagnostic techniques used to characterise materials, investigate deterioration mechanisms, and assess structural performance.

LAB TESTING

Testing on all types of materials is carried out by certified laboratories in accordance with applicable standards. Available tests include compression, tensile strength, carbonation, chloride ion content determination, absorption, freeze-thaw resistance, petrographic examinations, and many other specialised analyses.

MONITORING

Accurate monitoring of your industrial structure through real-time instrumentation systems or periodic measurements, including monitoring markers, displacement monitoring systems, deformation and stress monitoring, humidity measurement, temperature monitoring, and more.

ANALYSIS

Assessment of the condition of industrial structures, including structural condition evaluations, fire resistance assessments, project feasibility studies, and other engineering analyses to support informed decision-making and asset management.
